Asking the right questions about a customer’s brand in order to really understand what it is they want to achieve, who are there target audience and what is there USP?

Finding out the previous form? What’s their modus operandi, what’s worked, and what hasn’t worked in the past.

A little bit of research – swot analysis anyone – strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats?

What’s the competition all about.

And finally, thinking out of the box to create new and interesting campaigns.
